In my quest for all this I began moonlighting.
Each night I spent two hours or more putting up sites, each filled with content and affiliate links.
For each site those 20 hours were spent...
Finding and buying an aged domain name
Selecting my niche and doing keyword research

Because I still had my day job I was able to put up only 1 or 2 sites each month (each site took me 20 hours).
By the end of the year I had 16 websites I had built by hand. Collectively they made me $3000 each month in passive income (an average of $150 - $200 per site).
After a year of putting up these sites manually it had become painful and more than tedious. I was fully aware the more sites I put up the more money I'd make. But knowing this was still not enough to motivate me.
If truth be told hand-making these sites was burning me out. (And I had hardly seen my family for over a year.)
Although reasonably pleased with my success, I was not yet satisfied. I knew there were people making what I was making each month ($3000) in a single day.
For my own sanity and to reach my dreams something needed to shift... Quickly.
I had a year's worth of data of what keywords users were searching for when they arrived at my posts and when they ended up buying.
After analyzing the data for a couple of weeks I observed 5 interesting things...
76% of my visitors had actually searched for all or part of the keyword of the product. I was surprised to discover the product name is the valuable money-making content we need.
The conversion ratio of visitors who searched for the product name was 5 times higher than the visitors who came in through the text in my review articles.
Whatever other content I had on the page didn't really matter. People were just searching and coming because of the product keywords.
Yet without relevant,quality content the pages I put up would get de-indexed, or de-ranked, and I wouldn't be able to make money.
The more pages I had, the more traffic I got, the more money could be made (pretty straight forward). I want as many pages up as possible (such as 10,000 posts at a click of a button).
What I needed was a way to produce thousands of pages full of affiliate links and to include unique content relevant to the product - WITHOUT doing it manually.
How on earth would I find a way to automate that?
A few months later I bumped into an old friend who is a computer whiz.
We caught up over coffee and I showed him how I had created my 16 sites that each passively earned me on average between $150 and $200 per month.
He's a talented programmer and he analyzed what I was doing. To my surprise he told me he thought he could automate the site creation process!
I didn't believe it was possible for a computer program to replicate with a few clicks what it took me 20 hours of hard labor to produce.

I wanted to tell you how much I love the Mage system and the Mage community. I've been dabbling in the IM world since 1996 with the dream of someday auto-generating passive income.
At age 65 I figure I've paid my dues and the time is right for doing it once and forgetting it. That's the main reason I was very interested in your program.

It's difficult to say how much the "average" site makes. In one of the training videos I show you my earnings in a typical month where you can see the variety. Some sites only earn me a few dollars up to more than ten thousand dollars each month per site.
What I love most about residual income is that you can effectively have anything you like.
Let’s say you're making a certain amount of residual income per month and you would love a new car.
You don't need to buy the car outright.

Let's say you put up 100 sites each with the recommended 8,000 posts per site. And let's say 20 of them don't pan out.
So you're left with 80 sites each with 8,000 posts. Let's say that not all 8,000 posts for each site get indexed. Let's say only 5,000 posts per site are indexed.
All together you have 80 sites X 5,000 indexed posts equals 400,000 pages of indexed content.
Even if only 10% of these 400,000 pages gets found only one time that is 40,000 page views.
I consistently make between $90 and $130 EPM (earnings per thousand impressions) from eBay.
For simplicity let's make it a round number and call it $100 - which means you get 10 cents every time one of your pages is loaded by a search engine visitor.
I will let you do the math yourself. But 40,000 page views at 10 cents per page load comes in pretty darn good.
So you are probably thinking how long will it take me to put up 100 sites? 20 minutes each site (5 minutes to buy a domain name, 10 minutes to keyword research and 5 minutes for your site to be created).
If you spent 1 hour every day (spending 60 minutes putting up 3 sites) for 33 days you will have 99 sites (one day you can do 4 sites to make 100 sites).
Do the simple math to find out how much you can net each month for your efforts.
Remember that this amount is passive income. Once you've spent 20 minutes putting up each site, you are done and dusted. But your residual income will continue to grow monthly as you put up more and more sites.
